Executive summary

An AI consulting firm you can measure, plus the investor network behind it.

DPR is an AI consulting firm. We build AI inside a company's own systems, prove it works on one number they pick, and hand it over so they own it. We also introduce the founders we work with to investors we know.

1 number
every build judged on one honest KPI, agreed up front

2-week entry pilot — money back if it doesn't move
0 lock-in
built on your systems; you own everything

The opportunity

Most company AI today is slide decks and trials that never make it into real use. It's billed by the hour, tied to one vendor, and impossible to measure. On the other side, good founders can't get in front of the right investors, and investors get buried in cold pitches. Both problems come down to the same thing: no one can tell what's real. DPR is built to fix that, and to use the trust it earns to open doors.

What DPR does

Consulting. We build AI inside a company's own systems, agree on one number that shows whether it worked, and hand it over so they own it. We charge a monthly retainer, not a one-off project fee, and we do four kinds of work: automation, compliance and governance, low-code tools, and data integration. The way in is a two-week pilot ($8k to $15k). If the number doesn't move, the client doesn't pay the fee, and keeps the code either way.

Investor network. We introduce the founders we work with to investors we know. Introductions only. We never negotiate terms, take a cut of a raise, or touch anyone's money. Investors pay a flat membership for a short list of vetted companies. (See Compliance & legal.)

How we make money, and why it's hard to copy

The steady income is monthly: consulting retainers ($1.5k to $20k a month) plus investor memberships ($3k to $12k a year). We sometimes take equity instead of cash, but only as payment for build work, never for an introduction or a raise. Why it's hard to copy: good consulting work makes a founder worth backing, which lets us introduce them to investors we trust. When those bets pay off, investors trust our picks more, so better founders and clients come to us. That runs on relationships, which take years to earn. Full numbers are in the business and financial model.

What's real today, and the ask

Real right now: the published way we measure results, the money-back pilot, and the pricing. The path to $200k a month in revenue is a plan, not money in the bank. We're raising $[  ] to hire the first senior builders and get the investor-membership side running, turning early pilots into a steady book of monthly revenue.

Our promise

No made-up clients, numbers, quotes, or logos. Every figure here is either a real fact or a plan we've labeled as a plan. We'd rather show less and have all of it be true.
